This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.me-my12paws.com (the “Site”).

 

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).

Delivery and payment methods

PAYMENT METHODS, DELIVERY AND RETURNS

ORDERS

To place your order, please select the products you wish to purchase and add them to the basket. You can review your basket before completing your order. If the products are available, you will receive an automatic email with information regarding the preparation of your order. You'll be informed about the status and you will get an email confirmation on the address indicated in your account details.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept PayPal, which is safe and easy to use. You can also pay with a credit card — we accept Mastercard and Visa. If you wish to pay via bank deposit, we will send you an invoice proforma and all the necessary bank account information. If the bank deposit is not received in 72 hours, your order will be cancelled.. If you have any difficulties, please contact us.

Cash on Delivery (COD) This option is only available to customers based in Slovenia and Croatia. Please choose a different option if you are ordering from any other country.

Currency All our prices are in euros (€). The prices of the products are as specified on our website (VAT included) and we reserve the right to modify these at any time. Shipping costs and customs duties are not included in the price.

 

We will ship the products to your address within 3 or 5 working days.

 

SHIPPING

 

Our parcels will be delivered with POŠTA SLOVENIJE courier service which is very reliable and offer package tracking. The minute your order is shipped to your address, you'll receive a 'Shipping conformation' in your inbox.

 

DUTIES AND TAXES

All orders include VAT. Please note that if your order is being shipped outside the EU, you are subject to duties and import taxes which are the responsibility of the customer to pay.

 

REFUND POLICY

We believe that you will be very satisfied with your purchase and will love your new Me&My12Paws products. But it's understandable that you can for some reason change your mind or decide to change the size of a product. We will cancel your order and refund your money in 14 days without a problem. Just send us an email to mail and tell us about your wishes.

 

Please keep in mind that you shall inform us about your order cancellation in 14 days from the delivery date. After you receive our confirmation email, you have 30 days to send the product back to our address. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it from us.

 

Please note we do not refund original shipping costs and you will have to cover the cost of return shipping. For exchanges, you will also be charged the cost of sending the new item. In the event that the you were unable to receive your package and it was returned to sender, we do not cover the costs of sending it once again.

 

When we receive your returned product we will check it's condition and process a refund if product is unused and in the same condition as we send it to you. It may take 3-5 working days to see the refund on your account.
